Part of the senior management team, responsible for the ongoing continuous improvement of the operating processes, and executing leadership to support improvements. Taking the organization to a Process Excellence (PEX – LEAN/SIGMA) culture/organization, as well as introduce and lead a change management culture. Investigate, analyse and implement process improvement programs which will enhance the efficiency and to put in place standard operating procedures that ensure a smooth running operation.
- Study of existing processes and identifying methods to improve/streamline in order to provide maximum cost effective benefits
- Ensure the implementation and use of visual management to improve business
- Secure execution and implementation of Projects
- Maintain and audit oversight programs
- Pipeline, prioritise and risk management of Projects ensuring implementation
- Ensure that implementation teams are correctly staffed
- Ensure documentation on operating processes update
- Responsible to critically assess on a continuous basis the financial implications of improvements
- Responsible projects with expected measureable savings and KPIs
- Ensure that planned financial benefits of projects are realised by evaluating P/L impact
- Ensure best practises are shared throughout the group (regional and corporate offices)
