The primary tasks: implementation of Lean, and building a Lean Academy.
The implementation covers 88 custom process flows. Lean Academy to ensure the leaders in organization in terms of Lean, and make the organization self-propelled. By resignation had Lean project resulted in a productivity improvement of 32% (at approx. 120 employees), reduced Lead hours from 78 to 36 days. That included a new workflow-program (IT-system) and a reorganisation of the back-office, 14 teams of employees.
The productivity was improved 36% and the back-log was reduced with 82%.
